We confirm your plan with your first clean. From visit two, you pay the plan rate.
If you need to stop early
No penalty. You just repay what you've had.
We bill the difference between your plan rate and our normal rate, only for visits you've already had, plus the normal price of any free extras you used. Nothing for visits that never happened, and no fee on top.

A bigger discount, plus more perks as the plan gets longer: skips, more visit moves, free add-ons (like an oven, fridge or baseboard clean) and priority scheduling. A year plan also gets one regular visit upgraded to a full deep clean, free. Each card above lists exactly what is included.
Yes. Every plan length works with either. Use the switch above the plans to see both prices. Monthly visits get a smaller discount, because there are fewer of them, but the perks are the same.
No. Your first clean is full price, the same as everyone else. The plan rate starts from your second visit and stays for the whole term.
You can, at any time. We bill back only what you’ve already received: the difference between the plan rate and our normal rate for the visits you’ve had, plus the normal price of any free extras you used. There’s no fee on top, and we invoice it rather than charging your card.
Never. When your term ends the plan ends. We’ll ask if you want another one.
Then nothing is owed, and we refund any visit you paid for but didn’t receive.
