Order a move-out clean

Pay per job
Each clean is its own booking with its own estimate, paid online or with a saved card like any other. Your page shows when each unit was last cleaned and whether a clean is booked.

Good to know
Is there a fee or a landlord rate?
There is no fee to use the landlord page and no special rate. Each clean is priced in the instant quote at the normal Move-Out Clean price for the unit’s size, plus any extras you add.
How do I pay?
Per job, like any booking. Each clean gets its own estimate. Once you accept it, you pay the invoice online, or save a card and it is charged once the clean is done. There is no monthly invoice.
How do the cleaners get in?
Add notes to the unit, such as a lockbox code or where to park. They go into the quote notes for the cleaners, and you can change them before you book.
When should the clean happen?
After the tenant has moved out and before the next one moves in, since a Move-Out Clean is designed for an empty home. Pick the day in the instant quote, and keep in mind we need at least 24 hours of notice for any change.

Is there a minimum?
Yes, there is a $125 job minimum per visit.
