By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We collect only what we need to quote and clean your home. That includes:

• Quote & booking details — your name, phone number, email address, service ZIP code, property type and size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the services, add-ons, or bundles you select, your preferred date and time, and any notes or special requests you enter.
• Account information — your email address. Accounts are passwordless: we verify you with a one-time email code instead of storing a password.
• Messages — anything you send us through our contact form, by email, or by phone.

Our site offers an optional “check your area” feature. If you choose to share your location, your browser’s approximate coordinates are used only within your own browser to find the nearest town and ZIP code we serve.

We do not receive or store your GPS coordinates on our servers. The matched service ZIP may be saved locally on your device so we can pre-fill it next time. You can always decline location access and simply type your ZIP code instead.

We keep this minimal. We use your browser’s local storage to remember preferences — such as your light or dark theme and your saved service area/ZIP — and to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our hosting provider may collect privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (for example, page counts) that do not personally identify you.

We use the information above to:

• build and send your quote, and verify your email address;
• schedule, perform, and follow up on your cleaning service;
• send transactional messages — verification codes, quote and estimate updates, scheduling confirmations, cancellations, and account changes;
• maintain your account and service history;
• respond to your questions and requests;
• keep records for accounting, tax, and legal purposes; and
• prevent fraud or abuse and otherwise protect our customers and our business.

When you request a quote or sign in, we send a one-time verification code to confirm the email address is really yours and that the request genuinely came from you. Codes expire shortly after they are issued.

We also send service-related (transactional) emails about your quote, estimate, schedule, or account. These are not marketing messages, and they are required to use the service. If we ever send optional updates, you can opt out at any time.

We share only the limited information needed with trusted vendors that help us operate. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

• Resend — delivers our verification and service emails.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and the secure database that stores your quote and account records.
• Wave — creates your estimates and invoices and processes card payments.
• Venmo — processes optional payments if you choose to pay that way.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not collect or store your credit-card, bank-account, or Venmo login details on this website. Payments are handled directly by Wave and/or Venmo through their own secure systems, and their privacy policies apply to any payment information you provide to them.

We keep quote and account records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information, and we will honor reasonable requests except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no website, database, or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the site and provide information at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

Our services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as Wave, Venmo, or our review pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
