What is the Listing-ready set?
A fixed-price group of add-ons: inside the oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, inside the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, baseboards and the patio or balcony. It costs $165, less than picking them one by one.
Should I book a Deep Clean or a Move-Out Clean?
If you still live in the home while it is listed, a Deep Clean is the right fit. A Move-Out Clean is for an empty home.
Can I schedule it for before the photos?
Yes. Choose the day in the instant quote, and keep in mind that changes need at least 24 hours of notice.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, there is a $125 job minimum per visit.
