How often should a home be professionally cleaned?

One time, monthly, or every two weeks: how to pick, using the real recurring rates.

Part 1 of 4

There is no single right rhythm

A home in Springfield with two adults and a closed-up winter is not the same as a house in West Chester with kids and a dog, or an apartment in Norristown that stays tidy between guests. We will not tell you that every home needs a weekly clean. We do not offer a weekly frequency. The quote has three: one time, every two weeks, and monthly.

Pick from the mess you actually live with. If dust on the baseboards and a slow bathroom bother you every few weeks, a repeating visit matches that. If you want a reset twice a year and you keep the weekly wipe-down yourself, a one-time Deep Clean is enough. Both are normal in the towns we serve.

Part 2 of 4

Match the service level to the gap

Quick Clean is a light surface refresh between deeper visits. It is the wrong choice for a first visit or a house that has slipped. Standard Clean is routine full-home upkeep, kitchen through bathrooms. It is the right repeating visit once the home is already in decent shape. Deep Clean is the detailed reset: the first visit, the seasonal clean, or the catch-up after a long gap.

A pattern that works for a lot of our homes is one Deep Clean to start, then Standard on the repeating visits. If the repeating visits are far apart and the house slides back, the next visit should be Deep again, not a Quick Clean asked to do a Deep Clean's job.

Move-out is a separate level for an empty home. It is not a frequency. You book it once, when you leave or when you arrive. It is priced on its own rates, still with the $125 job minimum.

Part 3 of 4

What repeating visits change

The first clean is the one-time price. The discount for coming back does not apply to the first clean. You pay the one-time price on the day we first show up.

From the second visit, every two weeks takes a larger percentage off the service price than monthly does, because we are there more often. The quote shows both numbers before you book, including sales tax at the default rate.

A smaller home can sit on the $125 job minimum. The discount applies to the billable service after that floor. It does not push a visit under the minimum. A larger house at Deep Clean is where you will see the percentage most clearly, because the room total is already above the floor.

Add-ons do not have to be on every visit. The oven might be once a season. Baseboards might be every other visit in an older house with trim that shows dust. The quote lets you add them to a single visit. You do not need a bigger plan to get an oven cleaned.

If you want the house kept up, the quote offers two recurring rhythms. Every two weeks is 10% off the service price. Monthly is 5% off. That discount starts on the second visit. The first clean is the full one-time price. A Fairy Plan replaces that ordinary discount with a locked rate for 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Every two weeks the plan rate is 12% for 3 months, 15% for 6, 17% for 9, and 20% for 12. Monthly it is 6%, 8%, 9%, and 10% for those same lengths. The plan does not renew by itself. When the term ends, it ends.

How to decide

Walk the kitchen, one bathroom, and the dustiest room. If you would be embarrassed to have someone sit down tomorrow, book a one-time Deep Clean and do not promise yourself a schedule yet. If you already wipe the kitchen most nights and you want the bathrooms and floors taken off your list, book Standard every two weeks or monthly.

Every two weeks fits homes that get daily use and start to look tired before the month is out. Monthly fits homes that stay mostly in order and want a thorough pass on a predictable day. One-time fits a guest week, a seasonal reset, or a first try before you know if you want us back.

The Fairy Plan is the option when you already know you want the repeating visits for a set number of months and you want the rate locked. Read that page for the perks that come with a longer term. Do not start a plan on a hunch. Book one clean, see how the home feels two weeks later, and then choose.

Whatever you pick, the instant quote is the price for your rooms. This page cannot know your half baths, your add-ons, or whether the minimum applies. It takes about two minutes, and you will see the one-time total and the later-visit total before you commit.
