Part 1 of 5
What you are booking
A Deep Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom reset. It is the service level we point people to for a first visit, a spring reset, or a house that has gone a while without a thorough clean. A Standard Clean is routine upkeep from the kitchen to the bathrooms. A Quick Clean is a light refresh between deeper visits. If you are not sure, start with Deep and use Standard or Quick later to keep it there.
The price depends on whether the home is an apartment or a house, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, and which add-ons you choose. There is a $125 job minimum per visit. The instant quote uses those same rules, so the number you see there is the price, not a teaser.
We clean in Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Chester County. Milica and Dragan do the cleaning themselves. You get the same two people, not a different crew each time.
Part 2 of 5
The evening before
You do not need to pre-clean. The useful work on your side is getting things off the surfaces we need to reach. You do need to make a path.
Pick clothes, toys, shoes, and mail up off the floors. We can work around furniture. We cannot clean a floor that is covered. A laundry basket in each bedroom is enough.
Run the dishwasher or stack dirty dishes in one place so the counters, the cooktop, and the sink can be wiped. Washing a pile of dishes is not part of the base clean.
Clear the bathroom counters of bottles you do not want moved. Take prescriptions, jewelry, and anything fragile off the edge of a tub or a windowsill.
Take out the kitchen trash if it is full, and the bathroom trash too, so the bins are not overflowing when we arrive.
If you have a door code, a lockbox, or a garage code, you can save entry details in your account so you do not have to be home. Many customers are out for the day. If you would rather be there, that is fine too. We need a way in at the start time you picked.
Part 3 of 5
What the deep clean covers
On a Deep Clean we dust reachable surfaces and fixtures, wipe the kitchen counters and the cooktop surface, and clean the bathrooms top to bottom. It goes further than a routine visit: grout, tile, and fixtures get a detailed scrub, doors, trim, and switch plates are hand-wiped, we work around the outside of the appliances and the cabinet fronts, and we go high to low, including vents, sills, and corners.
Inside the oven, the refrigerator, and the cabinets are add-ons, so you pay only for the ones you want.
Baseboards are an add-on, and they are the one people in older houses notice most after a long winter. Windows are priced by the window. Carpets and rugs are priced by the item, small, medium, or large, so a single rug does not require a whole-house carpet price.
A home that just had construction work is a different job. Use the post-construction request so the owners can price it.
Part 4 of 5
Add-ons worth deciding now
Look at the kitchen and decide before you book, so the price you confirm is the price for the day. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, the dishwasher, and the microwave are separate add-ons. Kitchen cabinet interiors and bathroom cabinet interiors are separate too. A patio or balcony is its own add-on.
You can also pick a fixed set. The Kitchen Package groups the oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen cabinets. The quote shows the set price and will not charge those items again one by one.
If you are getting the house ready for photos rather than for your own Tuesday, the home-sellers page is the better fit, and the Listing-ready set is the group built for that. A deep clean of the home you live in is this guide.
Write anything particular in the quote notes. If a stone hearth, a particular cleaner you already own, or a room we should skip matters, say so there. We bring supplies. If you want us to use yours for a surface or an allergy, the note is how we know.
Part 5 of 5
The day itself
Book online, confirm your email, and pick a day. Build the quote for the home as it is: the right number of bedrooms and full baths, and any half baths. An extra room you forget is how a price ends up short of the work.
We bring supplies. If a pet or an allergy means you want a specific product, say so in the notes. We do not publish a product list, and we will not guess one.
When we leave, walk through if you are home. If something was not done right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. That is the promise in our terms. It is a re-clean, not a refund. You can send the note from your account once the clean is marked complete, with up to four photos, or you can call or email.
After a deep clean, many homes switch to Standard on a repeating visit, or to Quick between those. The guide on how often to book walks through that, including the discount that starts on the second visit.
